Permit requests can only be done online starting May 20 , 2020 for Pointe-Claire residents and June 4 for non-residents.
Residents
Permit applications from Pointe-Claire residents will be given priority from May 20 to June 3. A permit costs $22 and may be obtained online. After June 30, a second permit for a residential address may be obtained for $45.
An $11 fee will be charged to replace a lost or damaged permit.

Non-residents
Non-residents from cities and boroughs of the Island of Montréal that are not located along a body of water will be able to use the boat launch for the 2020 season.
Citizens from the following cities and boroughs can apply for a permit beginning June 4:
Borough of Anjou
Borough of Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce
Borough of Le Plateau-Mont-Royal
Borough of Outremont
Borough of Rosemont–La Petite Patrie
Borough of Saint-Laurent
Borough of Saint-Léonard
Borough of Villeray–Saint-Michel–Parc-Extension
City of Côte Saint-Luc
City of Dollard-des-Ormeaux
City of Hampstead
City of Kirkland
Town of Mount-Royal
City of Montréal West
City of Westmount
Permits will be available beginning June 4 online. The permits will be issued on a first come, first served basis at a cost of $143. A proof of residence with photo and the registration for the trailer used to pull the boat will be required when the application is made.
An $11 fee will be charged to replace a lost or damaged permit.
