Teen Day Camp (from Grade 6 to Secondary 2)

Swimming, biking, in-line skating, sports, arts and day trips, for teens 11 to 14 years old (they must be 12 by September 30). * A bicycle and a helmet are required to participate in this camp.

Kidnetic Camp

The Kidnetic Camp is designed to make kids 6 to 12 years old aware of the importance of keeping fit. Our goal is to introduce them to new activities and motivate them to exercise.

  • Daily trips to the outdoor swimming pool and weekly outings
  • Specialist workshops such as dance fitness, karate, rugby, yoga, tennis, Canoe Club, etc.
  • A nutritionist to answer kids’ questions and lead workshops to instill healthy eating habits
