Boat launching ramp at Alexandre-Bourgeau Park open

The City of Pointe-Claire would like to inform you that the boat launching ramp at Alexandre-Bourgeau Park is now open to recreational boaters despite the high water levels.

According to data from the Government of Québec, Lake Saint-Louis is still under surveillance while the water levels are close to the minor flooding level of 22.45 metres—with a measurement of 22.35 metres recorded at 7 a.m. on June 18, 2019.

The winds and unusually high water levels may cause waves and unusual circumstances that can damage the crafts, both at the launching ramp and near the shore. Please be cautious and vigilant.

Use of the launching ramp is at users’ risk.
