COVID-19 – Changes to the service offer to limit the spread of the virus
Due to the new government guidelines and to limit the spread of the virus, the City wishes to inform you of the latest updates in the municipal service offer in effect immediately and until further notice.
City Hall and Inspection – Public Security: restricted access
The service counters serving the population at City Hall (City Clerk’s Office, Taxation, Planning, Engineering, Public Works, Leisure) and at Inspection – Public Security are closed to the public. Citizens are invited to contact the desired municipal department by e-mail, by telephone or by completing an online request to obtain services remotely or to make an appointment. The service counter at City Hall is also closed Thursday evenings.

Aquatic Centre and Arena
Access to the Arena and Aquatic Centre is reserved to those who participate in authorized activities. Spectators are not permitted in these facilities and the weight room in the Aquatic Centre is closed until further notice. The vaccination passport is mandatory for anyone 13 years of age or over.
Access to park chalets is permitted for use of the toilets only. The chalet at Valois Park is also open to allow skaters to put on and take off their skates so that they can use the refrigerated rink.
