City unveils its new website

Dynamic, streamlined and totally revamped

The mayor of the City of Pointe-Claire, Morris Trudeau, is pleased to present the City’s new website, which will ensure even easier access to details of City activities. The site provides full information about by-laws, new projects, programs and events, and much more.

“The new website is part of our 2015-2019 strategic plan, which identified communications as one of the things we wanted to improve,” notes Mayor Trudeau. “It’s a resource for our residents and merchants. It’s also a gateway for future residents and investors who are interested in coming to Pointe-Claire.”

Design, navigation, architecture and content have been reviewed and revamped to better meet users’ needs. The site will continue to evolve as relevant information is added on an ongoing basis.

The layout of the website is user-based, and new features – including an interactive map, a customized search tool for residential addresses, and an upgraded calendar of events – make navigation enjoyable and user-friendly.

The website also features a powerful search engine where simple key words can be entered to enable users to quickly find the information they are seeking.

“We’re very proud of the new website and its many great features,” says the mayor. “We invite you to take a look and hope you’ll enjoy the tools we’ve put online to simplify navigation and help everyone to stay in touch with City life.”
