Easter – Municipal service schedule
The City of Pointe-Claire would like to inform you about the schedule for municipal services and activities over Easter break.
Administrative departments will be closed from Friday, April 2, to Monday, April 5, inclusively.
Inspection – Public Security Department
The Inspection – Public Security (ISP) Department remains open at all times (24 /7) and can be reached at 514-630-1234 or email@example.com.
The organic waste collections for sectors A and B as well as the recyclables collection for sector B scheduled for Monday, April 5, remain unchanged.
Stewart Hall Cultural Centre
The Stewart Hall Cultural Centre will be closed on Friday, Sunday and Monday. It will be open on Saturday from 1 to 4:30 p.m. Families and art lovers are invited to visit the current exhibitions:
- Through the Forest at the art gallery
- Paper Stories by Manon Gauthier at the Kids’ Corner
- Visions of Stewart Hall: 1885-1963, the new permanent exhibition on the history of the cultural centre.

The Bob-Birnie Arena will be open during Easter break. Public skating and figure skating, as well as stick-and-puck and stick-and-ring activities are available with registration. Reservations must be made in advance on the LUDIK platform, where you can also see the schedule.

Aquatic Centre and weight room
The aquatic Centre and weight room will be open according to their regular schedule. Lap swim, family swim, diving and springboard activities are available with registration. Additional slots have been opened. Reservations must be made in advance on the LUDIK platform, where you can also see the schedule.

Pointe-Claire Public Library
The Central Library and the Valois Branch will be closed on Friday, Sunday and Monday. On Saturday, the Central Library will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and the Valois Branch from 1 to 5 p.m. Visit the Library page for applicable health measures.
COVID-19 and health measures in red zones
The City of Pointe-Claire reminds you that it is important to continue to follow Québec public health and government guidelines to limit the spread of COVID-19. In red zones:
- No indoor or outdoor gatherings
- Curfew from 9:30 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Travel between areas is not recommended.
- Basic health measures (two-metre distance between people, hand washing and wearing a mask) remain essential.
