Extraordinary meeting – Appeal concerning the decision for 286 Du Bord-du-Lac – Lakeshore Road
The extraordinary meeting to hear the appeal of the Demolition Committee’s decision concerning 286 Du Bord-du-Lac – Lakeshore Road (the former Le Pionnier resto-bar) will be held on Monday, May 6 at 7 p.m. in the Council Chamber at City Hall, located at 451 Saint-Jean Boulevard.
During this public meeting, City Council will hear the appeal regarding the Demolition Committee’s decision to approve the reutilization plan for the vacated land.
The development project, filed by the owner, is a mixed-use building with 4 businesses on the ground floor and 15 residential units on the lot located at 286 Du Bord-du-Lac – Lakeshore Road and a portion of the adjacent municipal parking lot.
A public notice will be published in The Suburban on Wednesday, May 1, 2019.
