Firefighter loses his life – The City of Pointe-Claire offers its condolences to his family and colleagues

The City of Pointe-Claire extends its deepest condolences to the family and colleagues of Pierre Lacroix, a dedicated firefighter who lost his life in the line of duty while performing a rescue mission in the St. Lawrence River on October 17.

Friends and colleagues agree that Pierre Lacroix, who had been a firefighter for 20 years, was dedicated to helping others and was passionate about his job, despite the risks involved. He will be remembered by all as a hero.
