Last Ecocentre day for 2022

The City of Pointe-Claire would like to remind you that the last Ecocentre day for 2022 will take place on Saturday, October 15, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., in the Public Works yard (50 Terra-Cotta Avenue).

Note that work is under way at the main entrance of the Public Works yard. Citizens must go onto Terra-Cotta Avenue to line up. They will be given an access card and the employees on site will direct them to the secondary entrance.

Items accepted at the Ecocentre include excavation material, construction debris, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, tires, small appliances, appliances containing halocarbons such as refrigerators, freezers and chillers, upholstered articles, computer equipment, sporting goods, yard waste, and wood, except hardwood.

Pointe-Claire residents also have access to the agglomeration of Montréal ecocentres, which are open all year round. The closest ecocentre is located at 3535 Rue Sartelon, Saint-Laurent.

The document shredding service will also be available. Compost and wood chips won’t be available.
