May 4 to October 9 – Summer hours for administrative offices
The City of Pointe-Claire would like to inform you that the summer schedule for City Hall, the Recreation building and administrative services will be in effect from May 4 to October 9, inclusively.
Due to COVID-19, services will only be offered online and by phone, Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m. to noon.
All municipal buildings remain closed to the public until at least May 25, in accordance with government guidelines to limit the spread of COVID-19.
We encourage citizens to visit the City’s website to:
- request a permit
- request a certificate
- request a branch pickup
- request the repair or replacement of a recycling or organic waste bin
- fill out a grant request
- report a non-emergency situation
- pay a tax or water bill
Any non-emergency situation can also be reported through the Voila! Signalement app.
