November 15 to April 15: winter parking
The City of Pointe-Claire reminds citizens of the parking rules on its territory for everyone’s safety.
Street parking
From November 15 to April 15 inclusively, overnight street parking is prohibited from midnight to 7 a.m. For special circumstances, a temporary 24-hour parking permit may be obtained by contacting Inspection Service – Public Security (514-630-1234). If conditions allow, this permit can be renewed twice during the winter. In the daytime, parking is permitted on one side of the street, according to the signs posted.
Reminder – Basketball nets
The city also reminds citizens that it is important to remove basketball nets from the edge of the street to facilitate upcoming snow removal operations.
