Reopening of the Inspection – Public Security counter
The City of Pointe-Claire would like to announce that the Inspection – Public Security counter is now open, with health measures in place to limit the spread of COVID-19.
The counter is open at all times (24/7). One person at a time will be allowed to enter for services. Waiting times are to be expected given that the teams on site will be reduced.
Citizens are asked to call (514-630-1234) or use the City’s website whenever possible to obtain services, apply for a permit, complete a request, or report a situation through the Voilà! Signalement app.
The following services will be available at the Inspection – Public Security counter:
- Obtain a boat launch permit
- Obtain a Zone 50 parking permit
Only card payments will be accepted.
All other municipal buildings, with the exception of the City Hall multiservice counter, remain closed to the public until further notice.
The Inspection – Public Security counter is located at 399 Saint-Jean Boulevard.
