Victoria Day – municipal department schedule

The City of Pointe-Claire would like to inform you of the schedule for municipal services and activities on Victoria Day.

Administrative services will be closed on Monday, May 24.

Inspection – Public Security Department

The Inspection – Public Security (ISP) Department remains open at all times (24 /7) and can be reached at 514-630-1234 or secpub@pointe-claire.ca.

Collections

The organic waste and leaf collections for sectors A and B as well as the recyclables collection for sector B scheduled for Monday, May 24, remain unchanged.

Aquatic Centre

The aquatic Centre will be open according to the regular schedule. Lap swim, family swim, diving and springboard activities are available with registration. Additional slots have been opened. Reservations must be made in advance on the LUDIK platform, where you can also see the schedule.

Splash pad

The splash pad in Valois Park will be open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thank you for following physical distancing rules.

Bob-Birnie Arena, Pointe-Claire Public Library and Stewart Hall Cultural Centre

Closed on Monday, May 24. Visit the Active at home page for a whole range of online activities.

COVID-19 and health measures in red zones

The City of Pointe-Claire reminds you that it is important to continue to follow Québec public health and government guidelines to limit the spread of COVID-19. In red zones:

  • No indoor or outdoor gatherings
  • Curfew from 9:30 p.m. to 5 a.m.
  • Travel between areas is not recommended.
  • Basic health measures (two-metre distance between people, hand washing and wearing a mask) remain essential.
