Book Club with Diane Gistal

Join curator Diane Gistal for a special reading group at Stewart Hall Art Gallery. Inspired by author Felwine Sarr’s book Afrotopia, which she read while working on her exhibition Afrotopos, Diane Gistal invites the public to discover the work of this Senegalese thinker. This gathering will be an opportunity to collectively reflect on the issues behind her exhibition Afrotopos. The group discussion will be followed by a guided tour at 3 p.m.

To prepare for the discussion, reading Felwine Sarr’s Afrotopia is recommended, but not required.
