Les oies de Jean Paul Riopelle

Inspired by nature, Québec painter Jean-Paul Riopelle developed a fascination for geese, which he often portrayed in his paintings. In this film, the director meets some members of Riopelle’s close circle, including the artist Marc Séguin, his daughter, Yseult Riopelle, and his last partner, Huguette Vachon, in order to better understand Riopelle’s interest in geese and their influence on his work.
