Sign up now for your new Citizen eSpace!
The City of Pointe-Claire invites you to create your account in the new Citizen eSpace, a digital platform that brings together several municipal services and personalized information in one place.
What you can do in the Citizen eSpace
By creating your account, you will be able to:
- choose which City notices and alerts you would like to receive;
- access personalized information, such as your collection schedules;
- add collection reminders to your digital calendar (such as Google, Microsoft or Apple);
- submit certain permit applications online, including permits for residential renovation or landscaping projects;
- submit service requests to the City, such as reporting a pothole, a faulty streetlight or a full public garbage bin.
New features will be added over time to bring more municipal services online and make them easier to access directly from your Citizen eSpace.
A mobile app for smartphones will also be available soon.
