The City’s waste management quiz game a finalist in the Plumes d’excellence contest

The mayor of the City of Pointe-Claire, John Belvedere, and the members of City Council are proud to announce that the City is a finalist in the Association des communicateurs municipaux du Québec (ACMQ) Plumes d’excellence contest for its waste management quiz game.

“This quiz game is a fun and educational creation aimed at making families aware of proper waste management. It’s a great way to learn or refresh our knowledge about the best environmental practices,” Mayor Belvedere said.

The 44-card quiz game was presented at workshops in Pointe-Claire elementary and high schools. Through a series of questions and answers, it invites us to challenge ourselves to become champions of proper waste sorting and reducing at the source.

Citizens can get a free quiz game at the City Hall multiservice counter when they show their MULTI Card.
