Belmont Park streetlamp installation project
The City of Pointe-Claire would like to inform you that work will be conducted to install LED solar streetlights at Belmont Park, next to the pedestrian pathway linking Belmont and Broadview Avenue. The project will begin on Monday, September 18, 2023, and the work will continue until early October 2023.
The streetlamp installation project along the pedestrian pathway in Belmont Park meets a need for accessibility and safety. This installation of some twenty lighting fixtures, whose light will be projected and concentrated in specific areas, will allow all park visitors the opportunity to enjoy the green space with complete peace of mind, at any time of day.
During this construction period, people will be allowed to use the path. However, to ensure everyone’s safety, we ask all pedestrians to respect the signs that will be in place.
