Chloé Paiement Appointed Director of Communications
The mayor of Pointe-Claire, Tim Thomas, along with the City Council members, are thrilled to announce the appointment of Ms. Chloé Paiement as the Director of Communications.
Ms. Paiement, who began her journey with the City of Pointe-Claire in 2020 as a communications officer, quickly advanced to become a senior advisor. She has demonstrated a remarkable ability to develop and implement innovative communication strategies that have significantly enhanced the reach and effectiveness of our internal and external communication initiatives.
Holding a bachelor’s degree in political science and a bachelor’s degree in communication from the Université du Québec à Montréal, and having completed a program in public administration from the École nationale d’administration publique, Chloé Paiement brings with her a wealth of professional experience gained in part in the cities of Montreal and Baie-d’Urfé, where she contributed to significant communication projects.
“Her expertise and vision in communications are undeniable assets that will greatly benefit the City and its residents,” states Mayor Tim Thomas. “We are confident that under her leadership, the Communications Department will continue to be distinguished by its excellence and innovation.”
