Coronavirus (COVID-19) – Reduced services and restricted access to City Hall and the Inspection – Public Security office as of March 19
The City of Pointe-Claire would like to inform you that in order to reduce the possibility of spreading the coronavirus (COVID-19), access restrictions will be in effect as of tomorrow, Thursday, March 19, at City Hall and the Inspection – Public Security office.
City Hall will only be accessible through the front entrance on Saint-Jean Boulevard. The service counter at this entrance will receive deliveries of material and documents. The staff there will answer questions, without providing any direct service.

Appointment to schedule
If a meeting with staff members is absolutely necessary, an appointment must be scheduled beforehand.
Once an appointment has been scheduled with a City Hall staff member, citizens will have to go to the service counter at the main entrance to be directed to the meeting. Social distancing and hygiene measures will be rigorously applied during the meeting, in accordance with government and public health restrictions to counter the spread of COVID-19.
The City Hall multiservice counter, which is normally open until 7 p.m. on Thursdays, will now close at 4:30 p.m., as will City Hall, until further notice.
