Update: COVID-19 – Refunds for cancelled activities and classes

The City of Pointe-Claire would like to inform you that the mailing of refund cheques for cancelled activities and classes has started and will continue until June.

The City of Pointe-Claire would like to inform you that refunds will be granted for the activities and classes that have had to be cancelled since March 13 due to government guidelines and the measures taken to reduce the spread of COVID-19.

The current session is fully cancelled. Refunds will be made without penalty, by cheque and mailed to you at the end of April. It is not necessary to make a request.

In accordance with government and public health directives to stop the spread, all activities have been cancelled, and municipal buildings will remain closed until at least May 1.
