Culture and leisure in Pointe-Claire: a varied program for the fall season
The fall editions of City publications offer new events and activities for citizens.
The Leisure Pointe-Claire program offers a variety of cultural, sports and recreational activities for the community. For the first edition of its Festival Évasion Biblio, the Central Library invites the whole family on a journey into the heart of Scottish culture and traditions: fun and educational activities, lectures, tastings and book signings, all to the sound of bagpipes.
The Culture Pointe-Claire booklet includes exhibitions, art workshops, and concerts and shows for all ages. The Journées de la culture will delight young and old with a series of cultural activities that are both entertaining and informative; a program for lovers of art and culture in all its forms.
The digital versions are available at the following links:
The publications will be distributed door-to-door to single-family homes between August 26 and 28, and copies will be placed at the entrances of multi-unit buildings.
Additional copies will also be available at City Hall, the Central Library, Stewart Hall Cultural Centre, Bob-Birnie Arena, the Aquatic Centre and the Recreation building starting August 28.
