Update – Drive-in and Facebook Live shows to celebrate Québec’s National Holiday and Canada Day

JUNE 28 – SHOWS CANCELLED Due to the weather forecast, the drive-in shows at 5:30 p.m., 7:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. and the Facebook broadcast have been cancelled. This decision reflects the City’s desire to ensure the safety of both the participants and the performers. Thank you for your understanding. |

JUNE 27 – SHOWS CANCELLED
Due to weather conditions, the shows and live broadcast on Facebook scheduled for Saturday, June 27, are cancelled. Those who had already reserved a spot are invited to choose an event on Sunday, June 28.

The City of Pointe-Claire invites residents to celebrate Québec’s National Holiday and Canada Day in a unique way on Saturday, June 27 and Sunday, June 28, with eight shows performed at a drive-in venue and live-streamed on our Facebook page.
The program has been designed so that as many people as possible can attend a show while following public health guidelines to limit the spread of COVID-19. Pointe-Claire citizens are invited to attend one of the eight on-stage shows from their car in a drive-in concept, or watch from the comfort of their home, live on Facebook.
Drive-in shows – Registration required, starting Monday, June 22, at noon
Due to the number of spots available, registration is required and participation is limited to one show per address.

To give everyone a chance to partake in the celebrations, the eight shows will be broadcast live on the City’s Facebook page. You can watch from your living room, balcony or yard!

9:30 p.m. | FogoRasto | Experience the heat with Cabaret Chats Noirs, a fire manipulation show.. |

9:30 p.m. | Létourneau & Trenka | Fire and light show including flaming object manipulation and multi-coloured lights. |

Registration Confirmation | o Those registered will receive a confirmation including all the information needed to attend the event. |
Restrictions | o Recreational vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles and pedestrians are not allowed on the site. |
Health and safety first
- Only people in a car who have reserved a spot will have access to the site. Everyone is asked to follow the instructions of the staff on site.
- Health measures will be applied in accordance with government regulations to limit the spread of COVID-19.
- No violations of the instructions will be tolerated. The City reserves the right to expel offenders or cancel the show in the event of non-compliance with the instructions.
In case of rain, the events will be cancelled.
