Earth Day – Clean-up and tree planting postponed
Due to the weather forecast for this Saturday, the clean-up and tree-planting activities at Terra-Cotta Natural Park will be postponed to Saturday, May 11 at 9 a.m.
The free distribution of trees will still take place at the Public Works Yard on Saturday, April 27 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for residents with a MULTI Card to obtain one of the 80 trees available. Nearly 500 trees were reserved online between March 14 and April 19.
Also available at the Public Works Yard:
- Rain barrels at a discounted price of $40
- Compost and wood chips (limited quantity)
- Cones to collect organic waste
- Household compost bins at a discounted price of $25
