Free Public Transportation Services Offered due to Lane Closures on l’Île-aux-Tourtes Bridge

The City of Pointe-Claire would like to inform citizens that le Ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable has announced that an STM bus line, Express Vaudreuil Bus 40, as well as the exo11 Vaudreuil-Hudson train line, will be offered for free due to several lane closures on the l’Île-aux-Tourtes Bridge. The highway tolls on Highway 30 are also free for road users as part of this initiative.

The exo11 Vaudreuil-Hudson train line will be offered free of charge for users of the following stations:

  • Hudson;
  • Vaudreuil;
  • Dorion;
  • Pincourt;
  • Île-Perrot.

As well as the following extra departures:

  • Train #12: departs Hudson station at 6:14 a.m.
  • Train #16: departs Vaudreuil at 7:30 a.m.
  • Train #21: departs Lucien L’Allier station at 4:40 p.m., ends at the Hudson station.

The gratuity of this services has been in effect since December 4, and will continue to be offered, free of charge, until further notice.
