Household Waste Collection: Return to Normal Schedule
The City of Pointe-Claire wishes to remind you that the weekly summer collection period will end on August 20th for sector A and on August 21st for sector B.
The regular biweekly schedule will resume on August 27th, alternating between sectors A and B on Tuesdays.
Upcoming Household Waste Collections
Here are the next household waste collection dates for each sector:
Sector A
- August 20th
- September 3rd
- September 17th
Sector B*
- August 21st
- August 27th
- September 10th
- September 24th
* Please note that collections will return to Tuesdays for sector B.
A weekly collection is held in buildings with nine (9) or more units and in the commercial areas of the villages of Pointe-Claire and Valois.

Collection Sectors
- Sector A – Sector A includes the entire area west of Saint-Jean Boulevard, as well as the entire area south of Highway 20 and north of Highway 40.
- Sector B – Sector B is located north of Highway 20, east of boulevard Saint-Jean and south of boulevard Hymus.
