Hymus Boulevard – Rehabilitation work resumes

Rehabilitation work on Hymus Boulevard is once again in progress, this time between Manfred and Doyon Avenues, until mid-June. Road and pedestrian traffic will be interrupted.

The work will include rehabilitating the roadway and water mains, as well as adding rainwater retention basins.

While work is in progress, only one lane will be open to traffic in each direction on Hymus Boulevard, between Doyon and Winthrop Avenues, whereas the sidewalk on the south side will be closed. Pedestrians will have to use the sidewalk on the north side.

Detours will be marked to help improve the flow of traffic.

The work may be extended depending on the weather.
