New online platform to view tax accounts
The City of Pointe-Claire informs you that following its implementation over the last few weeks, the new platform for accessing the City’s online tax account services is now active.
Citizens who already have an account will receive an email from the Voilà platform to access their account.

The City of Pointe-Claire wishes to inform you that a new version of the system to access the City of Pointe-Claire’s online tax account services will be implemented between November 4 and 21. During this period, citizens will not have access to their tax account online. Therefore, we invite people who wish to consult their statement of account online to do so before Friday, November 4.
During this implementation, you can contact the Finance Department by telephone or in person at the tax counter during the City’s opening hours.
During the week of November 21, platform users will receive an email to inform them that the new platform is active and will be able to access their accounts with their personal email addresses.
This new platform version will allow simplified access using your email address and creating a password of your choice. Navigation will be more intuitive, and you will have access to an integrated calendar to identify upcoming events and deadlines.
