Improvements made to the Emili.net online platform
The City of Pointe-Claire would like to inform you that on Friday, June 30, starting at 9 p.m., the Emili.net platform will be migrated to an improved version, Emili.pet. Citizens will not have access to their accounts during the migration, which is expected to last a few hours. Access will resume the following day, July 1.
For a period of six months, Emili.net users will be automatically redirected to the new platform to familiarize themselves with the new system. Over time, Emili.pet will become the main platform for managing pet licenses.
Emili.net is a pet license manager that enables the registration and renewal of pet tags. The update (Emili.pet) will offer new features to users, such as:
- More intuitive graphical interface for easier use;
- Improved document management for simplified organization;
- Multi-city management to centralize all your pet licenses, if you live in more than one area;
- Advanced account recovery for enhanced security.
As a reminder, under by-law PC-2947, all dog owners must ensure that their pet is registered and wearing a City identification tag. For more information on dogs and the online platform, click here.
If you’re new to Pointe-Claire and have a dog, it’s not too late to register! Starting July 1, visit the Emili.pet platform.
