Light Up the Village
Come meet Village merchants and enjoy holiday activities
The mayor of the City of Pointe-Claire, Morris Trudeau, is pleased to invite residents to Pointe-Claire Village on Saturday, November 26, from 1 to 5 p.m., to experience the holiday spirit.
“We hope a great many people will come out this afternoon for activities, games and shows organized in partnership with the Pointe-Claire Village Merchants Association,” says the mayor. “This is a great opportunity to meet and encourage our local merchants.”
A number of activities will be offered, such as calèche rides, inflatable games, a choir performance and a fire show. Hot chocolate will also be available to warm you up so you can fully enjoy this event.
“The activities will conclude with the lighting of the Christmas tree at the corner of Sainte-Anne Avenue and Du Bord-du-Lac – Lakeshore Road at 5 p.m.,” says Mayor Trudeau. “This festive event brings people together and gives them the opportunity to discover the ambiance, the holiday spirit and the generosity of Pointe-Claire Village during the holiday season.”
