Mailing of municipal tax bills

Ville de Pointe-Claire would like to remind you that tax bills will be available on the online portal and sent by mail on January 6, 2025.

Registering for the online portal allows you to:

  • receive e-mail notification that your tax bill, water bill or statement of account is available in your file;
  • view your statements of account and bills;
  • receive a reminder when a due date is approaching;
  • receive a $5 credit on your annual tax bill.

Payments are due on February 6 and May 26, 2025.

Do you have an online account? You will receive a reminder when your account is available.

Did you forget your password? You can change it in the login area of your account.

If you have a payment agent (e.g. your financial institution), no action is required on your part. We have sent the invoice to them for payment. Similarly, if you have signed up for the pre-authorized payment plan (PAP) as indicated on your municipal tax bill, no action is required on your part.

In all other cases, you can make your payment:

  • through your financial institution (online or at your branch);
  • by post in the return envelope provided, enclosing the tax payment coupon(s);
  • at the City Hall tax counter (by debit card, cheque or cash).
