Major snowstorm – This week’s scheduled collections maintained
The City of Pointe-Claire wishes to inform you that all scheduled collections for this week will be maintained, despite the ongoing snow removal operations. To facilitate the work of our crews and ensure efficient service, we ask you to follow a few essential instructions:
Important to remember
Due to road conditions, collection trucks may be delayed in their rounds. We recommend that you leave your bin at the curb until it is collected. Keep an eye on official City communications for any updates.
Instructions to follow
- Make sure your bin is accessible to the truck.
- Your bin must be located on your property either at the end of your driveway or at the edge of your lawn, to not interfere with snow removal. It must not encroach on the street or sidewalk.
- Clear snow from the lid of your bin if it has accumulated.
- Put your bin back as soon as possible after collection.
- Avoid parking on the street to allow easier passage of the collection vehicles.
Upcoming collections this week
- Tuesday, February 18: household waste in sector A
- Thursday, February 20: recyclable materials
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
