March 11 to April 5: Traffic interruptions on Des Sources Boulevard – Work performed by Hydro-Québec for the REM
The City of Pointe-Claire would like to inform you that traffic will be interrupted on Des Sources Boulevard, between Hymus Boulevard and the Trans-Canada Highway access ramp, from March 11 to April 5, in order for Hydro-Québec to bury electric cables on the public right-of-way.
This work is being done as part of the Réseau express métropolitain (REM) project, which will include the future Des Sources station northwest of the intersection of Des Sources and Hymus Boulevards.
Traffic will be interrupted Sunday to Friday, from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m., in the following phases:
March 11 to 25
Complete closure of Des Sources Boulevard northbound, between Hymus Boulevard and the Trans-Canada Highway access ramp. Traffic will flow in both directions on Des Sources Boulevard southbound.
March 25 to April 1
Partial closure (two out of three lanes) on Des Sources Boulevard southbound, between the Trans-Canada Highway and Place Transcanadienne Avenue.
March 25 to April 5
Closure of Place Transcanadienne Avenue eastbound.
