New citizen participation platform

The City of Pointe-Claire would like to inform you that a new citizen consultation platform will be used in 2024, and we will therefore be closing the current one, Pointe-Claire, it’s who we are, by the end of the year. During a future consultation, you’ll be invited to sign up for this new tool: Pointe-Claire consults you!

This move to a new platform includes a number of improvements in terms of graphics, flexibility and browsing ease. It’s intended to help us reach a greater number of citizens, make it easier for them to get involved and, in turn, attract a wider range of participants. In addition, those registered will have access to detailed statistics from the online workshops.

Users of this new platform will continue to have access to all documents related to past consultations and ongoing citizen participation activities.

However, due to the regulations under Bill 25 protecting Quebecers’ privacy, we cannot transfer the accounts of Pointe-Claire, it’s who we are subscribers to the new platform. With this migration, we invite you to create a new profile on Pointe-Claire consults you! now.

If you weren’t subscribed to our former citizen participation platform, we invite you to become a member of this new platform, Pointe-Claire consults you!, so you can contribute to the future of your community by expressing your ideas and opinions.

We look forward to hearing from you on the Pointe-Claire consults you! platform.
