New parking rules for 180 Cartier Avenue

The City of Pointe-Claire would like to inform you that as of October 1, the agreement between the City and the owner of the parking lot at 180 Cartier Avenue will come to an end. The permits distributed by the City will no longer allow holders to park there. This parking area will be reserved for users, tenants and owners of the building.   

As of this date, we invite you to use the on-street parking lots on Cartier Avenue and the municipal parking lots in Pointe-Claire Village:  

  • At the corner of Salisbury and Devito avenues  
  • On Lanthier Avenue  
  • At Edgewater Park  
  • On Du Bord-du-Lac – Lakeshore Road  
  • At the corner of Du Bord-du-Lac – Lakeshore Road and Sainte-Anne Avenue 
  • On Saint-Joachim Avenue
