New program: Recycling of disposable safety equipment
The City of Pointe-Claire would like to inform you that bins are available in municipal buildings for residents to recycle their disposable safety equipment and have this material be recovered rather than end up in the household waste.
Disposable masks, earplugs and protective eyewear can be dropped off in the bins identified for this purpose at City Hall, the Aquatic Centre and Bob-Birnie Arena.
The materials are recovered by a North American company that transforms them into raw materials that are then used to make new products.
Give new life to your disposable masks, earplugs and protective eyewear by dropping them off at one of the collection points!
