New splash pad at Valois Park

The mayor of the City of Pointe-Claire, Morris Trudeau, and City Council members are pleased to invite residents to enjoy the new splash pad at Valois Park where they can play, cool off, and relax with family and friends.

“This new facility arrives just in time for the summer season for the entire community to enjoy. We are proud of this splash pad which enhances the services offered to all, especially young families,” states Mayor Trudeau.

This new play structure features assorted water jets and shaded rest areas, as well as access points for persons with reduced mobility and changing rooms and restrooms next to the park.

The splash pad is activated by motion sensors installed on the ground and overhead, which makes it easy to use and more fun for everyone!

If the splash pad is already up and running with the warm weather, join us on July 13 at 5 p.m. for the official inauguration of the site as part of the Valois Fair!

“Everyone is invited to enjoy these new facilities all summer to cool off, play and relax,” says Mayor Trudeau.

The splash pad is open every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Valois Park is located at 85 Belmont Avenue.
