Opening of the skatepark

The City of Pointe-Claire would like to inform you that the skatepark will be opening today with new rules for its use in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Given the health measures ordered by the Québec Government, the City is making sure that everyone can practise these activities in a pleasant way, while ensuring health and safety.

A physical distance of two metres is required at all times. It is also important to wash your hands before you leave home and when you return.

A maximum of 10 people are allowed at a time. A time limit will be assigned based on how busy it is so that everyone has a chance to practise their favourite sport. Failure to follow the instructions may result in closure of the park. The skatepark is located on Douglas-Shand Avenue, next to the Aquatic Centre.
