Pointe-Claire adopts its Communications Policy

The municipal Communications Policy was officially adopted at Tuesday’s Council meeting on January 16. It is now available on the City’s website.

This detailed document sets out the guidelines and processes surrounding municipal communications, including publications on social media.

The main purpose of the Communications Policy is to define the guidelines for municipal communications, the responsibility of spokespersons, internal processes, and the expectations and responsibilities of stakeholders.  It is based on the orientations, values, and priorities of Pointe-Claire’s municipal Council.
