Pointe-Claire Public Works Department recognized twice by Association des travaux publics du Québec
The City of Pointe-Claire is proud to announce that its Public Works Department has won two awards at les Étoiles en travaux publics recognition gala. The gala, which was part of TP Québec’s annual conference, was held on October 26 in Trois-Rivières.
Santé et sécurité
The first prize in Santé et sécurité was won for the creation of a tool to manage accident-related events. It has since become an intuitive solution for the development of adapted and precise prevention strategies.
Relève en travaux publics
The Relève en travaux publics award was given to Marlène Laforest-Boulanger, responsible for training and prevention since 2021. Marlène transformed the Public Works Department’s occupational health and safety and training program by promoting a proactive safety culture.
These recognitions highlight the Public Works teams’ dedication and hard work to make Pointe-Claire a better place to live.
Congratulations everyone!
