Pointe-Claire resident receives scholarship as part of Golf Québec x Aléo Foundation Scholarship Program
The City of Pointe-Claire would like to congratulate Pointe-Claire resident Oscar Ricketts on being the recipient of a $2,000 scholarship, as part of the 11th edition of the Golf Québec x Aléo Foundation Scholarship Program.
A total of $72,000 in scholarships and services was given to promising young student-athletes this year, in an effort to support them in the achievement of their sporting and academic goals.
Since 2014, the two organizations have collaborated to support young athletes in pursuing their sporting careers, while also emphasizing the importance of education alongside sports training and athletic development.
