Update – MULTI card expiry dates extended to March 31, 2021
COVID-19 – Updated: September 25, 2020
Due to the fact that the Montréal area is under orange alert, the City of Pointe-Claire would like to inform citizens that the expiry date for MULTI cards has been extended to March 31, 2021, in the following circumstances:
- If your card expired after January 1, 2020
- If your card’s expiry date was extended to September 30, 2020
- If your card will expire before March 30, 2021.
However, the City invites you to renew your card if need be the next time you visit City Hall, the library (as of November 1) or the Aquatic Centre.
- For a renewal, only a proof of address with first and last name must be shown.
- For a new application, the following documents are required: proof of residence, proof of identity, last name, first name, full address, phone number, date of birth, proof of the relationship between the adult and the child (hospital or report card).

POINTE-CLAIRE RESIDENTS INVITED TO RENEW THEIR MULTI CARDS
The City of Pointe-Claire informs citizens that all MULTI cards expiring between January 1 and September 29, 2020, must now be renewed so that holders can continue to enjoy the services related to them.
Due to the pandemic, the City had decided to extend the validity of the MULTI cards. This grace period is coming to an end, and only cards expiring later than October 1 will be accepted after this date.
MULTI cards are issued and renewed at the following locations, during business hours:
- Central Library (100 Douglas-Shand Avenue)
- Aquatic Centre (60 Maywood Avenue)
- City Hall (451 Saint-Jean Boulevard)
To renew, only a proof of address with first and last name must be shown
For a new application, the following documents are required:
- Proof of residence
- Proof of identity
- Last name, first name
- Full address
- Phone number
- Date of birth
- For a child: proof of relationship between the adult and the child (report card or hospital card)
