Refunds for concert tickets

The City of Pointe-Claire would like to inform you that refunds will be provided to everyone who purchased tickets for concerts and shows that had to be cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Tickets for the Grand Concert Series

Ticket holders for the Grand Concert Series will automatically be refunded for the March 20 and April 17 concerts. The City will contact them directly beginning June 1 to return the funds to their credit card.

Individual tickets

Those who have purchased individual tickets should e-mail a refund request to stewarthall@pointe-claire.ca that includes:

  • a photo of each ticket clearly showing the number, title of the concert and price
  • contact details of the person requesting the refund (name and phone number)

A refund request can also be made by mail, by sending the tickets and contact details for the person to call at:

In all cases, a City of Pointe-Claire employee will contact the person requesting the refund and return the funds to their credit card. For your security, please confirm that the call is really from the City by asking for the name of the concert that is being refunded. Individuals will be contacted in the order requests are received. Given the large number of people to contact, delays are to be expected.
