Update: Last week to register for the fourth citizen activity

The City of Pointe-Claire would like to remind its citizens that registration for the fourth citizen activity is underway until Thursday, October 19, 4 pm. The event, which requires a reservation, will be held on Wednesday, October 25 at 7 p.m. at the Baie-de-Valois Nautical Centre (90 Bord-du-Lac Road – Lakeshore).

The main theme of this citizen consultation will be the development of residential building spaces in Pointe-Claire. In other words, the various landscaping options that homeowners have for their yards, driveways, or rooftops, at low cost. This topic will highlight the individual efforts and contributions to sustainable urban development.

Please note that space is limited. To participate, it’s important to reserve your spot by filling out the form available on the Eventbrite website.

Review of the Planning Program – Take part in the fourth citizen participation workshop

The City of Pointe-Claire invites citizens to take part in the fourth collaborative workshop, which will take place as part of its Planning Program review process. The event will be held on Wednesday, October 25 at 7 p.m. at Baie-de-Valois Nautical Centre located at 90 Chemin de Bord-du-Lac – Lakeshore Road. This building is easily accessible to all.

This fourth workshop will focus on the development of open spaces around residential buildings in Pointe-Claire. The objective of the event is to present different ways in which citizens can and do contribute to the resilient city and sustainable urban development. This is an opportunity to discuss your vision of the future of the City of Pointe-Claire. Participants are invited to look at the infosheet that will form the basis of the workshop discussions. Places are limited, it is important to reserve your spot to participate by completing the form no later than Thursday, October 19 at 4 p.m. The registration form  is on the Eventbrite website.

This activity is exclusively for citizens of Pointe-Claire. On the day of the workshop, you will be asked to present a proof of residency. We ask the participants to arrive at 6:45 p.m. so they may be properly seated for the start of the workshop at 7 p.m.

Valid proof of residency:

  • Driver’s licence
  • MULTI Card
  • Municipal tax bills
  • Utility bills (Hydro-Québec, Videotron, Bell, etc.).

Baie-de-Valois Nautical Centre has a parking space for people who will come by car and by bike. However, since the number of places for motor vehicles is limited, we invite participants to choose carpooling or public transit.
