September 17, 2019 – Possibility of coloured drinking water due to work at the water production plant
Tuesday, September 17, the City of Montréal will be conducting inspection and maintenance work at the water production plant, which may cause a possibility of coloured drinking water over the entire system.
The work will be carried out from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
This intervention will cause a drop in the water pressure throughout the water system for the sector situated north of the Trans-Canada Highway.
If your water is coloured, it is recommended to run the tap for a few minutes until the water is clear again before consuming. The water remains drinkable.
Thank you for your cooperation.
