Water service interruptions due to work on the water supply system by the City of Montréal
The City of Pointe-Claire would like to inform you that water service will be interrupted intermittently from Tuesday, August 28 to Thursday, August 30 inclusively on Du Bord-du-Lac – Lakeshore Road as part of work on the water supply system by the City of Montréal.
The work consists of verifying the condition of the water mains in order to plan future interventions.
Water interruption schedule:
- Tuesday, August 28, starting at 8:30 a.m.: interruption of approximately 30 minutes between Cartier and Saint-Joachim Avenues
- Wednesday, August 29, starting at 8:30 a.m.: interruption of approximately 30 minutes between Cartier Avenue and the water treatment plant
- Thursday, August 30, starting at 9 a.m.: interruption of approximately one hour between Cartier Avenue and the water treatment plant
Your water may be coloured after the interruption. Before using it, especially for laundry or washing dishes, we recommend running the tap for a few minutes (around 10 to 15 minutes) until the water is clear again.
