Société de transport de Montréal (STM) Strike – November 1 to 28
From November 1 to 28, service disruptions are expected on STM bus and metro networks due to strike action.
On November 1, no bus or metro service will be available.
From November 2 to 28, bus and metro services will operate on a reduced schedule:
Metro
- 6:30 to 9:30 a.m.
- 2:45 to 5:45 p.m.
- 11 p.m. to regular closing time
Bus
- 6:15 to 9:15 a.m.
- 3 to 6 p.m.
- 11:15 p.m. to 1:15 a.m.
Accessible transit service will continue to operate normally throughout the strike.
We encourage public transit users to consult the STM website to check updated schedules and plan their trips accordingly.
Municipal Election Day – Sunday, November 2
The municipal election will be held on Sunday, November 2.
Voting stations will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Due to the reduced STM service during the strike, it is strongly recommended to plan your travel in advance to avoid delays in getting to your polling station.

The Navette Or service, offered free of charge to individuals aged 65 and over in Pointe-Claire, will continue to operate as usual throughout the strike.
