The City wishes to inform you of the measures taken following the postponement of registrations for non-residents at the Sports Centre and Aquatic Centre originally scheduled for February 25.
Registrations for non-residents will take place according to the following schedule:
• Tuesday, March 3 at 7 p.m.: Children’s programs
• Thursday, March 5 at 7 p.m.: Adult programs, adapted programs, as well as lifeguarding, instructor and first aid courses
Registrations for residents are continuing as usual on the MULTI registration platform.
Verify your account before registering
Some registrations may have been successfully recorded despite the technical difficulties encountered. We strongly recommend that you review your account before the upcoming registration dates to avoid duplicate registrations.
A registration made on February 25 is considered confirmed only if the activity appears in the Activities and Purchases section of your account with the status Registered.
Adding an activity to your cart, accessing the payment platform, or entering credit card information does not constitute a completed registration.
Thank you for your attention and cooperation.
