Outdoor pools and splash pad 2021 season

Seven heated outdoor pools and a splash pad are open all summer long. A team of dedicated volunteers ensures the smooth operation of each pool.

2021 season : June 12 to August 29

Due to mandatory public health measures in response to COVID-19, the ways of operating have been revised to ensure safe swimming for all.

The programming may be modified at any time in compliance with government and public health authority directives.

Registration and membership fees

Starting Saturday May 29

Please consult the individual pools for the registration procedure.

Registration is open to all Pointe-Claire residents. Only non-residents who were members in 2019 or 2020 at an outdoor pool can register

Users can only join 1 pool for the summer 2021.


For the start of the season, pools will welcome a maximum of swimmers in accordances with government guidelines.

After the activity, all swimmers will have to leave the pool for the crew to maintain the premises.

Please note that the wading pools, change rooms, washrooms, chalets, barbecues and food services will be closed for the season, and it is suggested to bring your own folding chair. Toilets will be accessible on request, but cannot be used as changing rooms.

Toys will not be allowed in the pool.

Please provide your own personnal flotation devices. The pools will not be providing any accessories.

Programming and schedule

The outdoor pools will offer several activities, including recreational swim, swim team, aquafitness, and swimming and diving and lessons while respecting the directives and restrictions in order to limit the spread of the virus. The programming can be modified at any time in accordance with government and public health directives.

Splash pad

The splash pad is closed until Spring 2022.

Enjoy the splash pad at Valois Park!

The play structure also includes a shaded rest areas, restrooms, changing rooms, and access points for persons with reduced mobility.

Open every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

From September 10 to 19, the splash pad wil be open everyday between 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.


  • Users are required to keep a physical distance of two metres at all times.
  • It is important to wash your hands before you leave home and when you return.
