The Advisory Committee on Environment and Sustainable Development offers insights and suggestions on environmental and sustainable development matters for the City of Pointe-Claire.

Composition

An advisory committee is composed of citizens, members of the administration, and members of the municipal council.

Mandate

The committee's mandate is to submit recommendations to the municipal council regarding any actions to be considered in terms of environment and sustainable development. It also issues recommendations for the development of new policies and the improvement of existing policies, in addition to contributing to interventions and efforts to raise awareness and educate the citizens of the City in terms of environment and sustainable development.

Call for Applications

A call for applications is issued when a seat on the committee becomes vacant.

Citizens wishing to participate in the committee will be informed when a call for applications is active.
